Welcome to the online registration for the Appling County School System! Before you begin, please gather the following:

• household information - address and phone numbers
• parent information  - work and cell phone numbers, email addresses
• student information - demographic and health/medication information
• emergency contact - addresses and phone numbers
• social security number
• birth certificate
• proof of an Appling County residence (electric bill, gas bill, water bill, vehicle registration or IRS tax document)

Note: Required fields are marked with a red asterick, and the district will receive the data exactly as it is entered. Please be careful of spelling, capitalization and punctuation. Dates should be entered as MM/DD/YYYY and phone number as xxx-xxx-xxxx

Request Official Vital Event Records
Parents who need a birth certificate for their first time student's registration can now order it online directly from the State of Georgia. Request Official Vital Event Records (ROVER), a service developed by the Georgia Technology Authority (GTA) in cooperation with the Georgia Department of Public Health (DPH), lets you order certified copies of Georgia birth certificates online.
